Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Bafix Yorneth and its users. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal and other digital wallets
• Bank transfers for corporate accounts
• Other payment processors as indicated during checkout

Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

Payment processing fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

Billing Cycles

Subscription services are billed according to the plan you select:

• Monthly subscriptions: billed every 30 days from the date of initial purchase
• Quarterly subscriptions: billed every 90 days from the date of initial purchase
• Annual subscriptions: billed every 365 days from the date of initial purchase

Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date unless you cancel prior to that date.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Bafix Yorneth to charge the specified payment method for all fees associated with your account. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

You agree to maintain current and accurate payment information in your account settings.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan. We will send a renewal reminder before charging your payment method.

You may disable automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@bafixyorneth.com.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons:

• We will attempt to process payment up to three times over a 10-day period
• You will receive email notifications of failed payment attempts
• Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is received
• Your account may be downgraded or terminated after repeated failed payments

You remain responsible for all unpaid amounts. We may charge reasonable fees for failed payment processing.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

Subscription Services

Subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed or used significant portions of the service. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

One-Time Purchases

Digital products and completed services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Physical goods may be refunded according to our return policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at contact@bafixyorneth.com with your transaction details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period, unless required by applicable law.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Free trials and promotional discounts may be offered at our discretion. Terms specific to each promotion will be clearly stated at the time of offer.

When a free trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial period expires. One free trial per user unless otherwise specified.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Where required, we will collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or other indirect taxes based on your billing address.

If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid documentation before purchase to avoid tax charges.

Currency and Conversion

Prices are listed in multiple currencies for convenience. Exchange rates are updated regularly but may fluctuate. Your bank or payment processor may apply additional conversion fees or use different exchange rates.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.

Payment Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

Account Credits

Account credits may be issued for refunds, promotional purposes, or service compensation. Credits:

• Are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Must be used within one year of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Are applied automatically to future purchases
• Do not earn interest or expire except as stated

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price increases for existing subscriptions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Corporate and Bulk Accounts

Organizations purchasing multiple licenses or accounts may be subject to different payment terms as specified in separate agreements. Custom invoicing and payment schedules may be available upon request.

Late Payments

For invoiced accounts, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless other terms are agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Changes to Payment Terms
